ABOUT FIC

FIC Consultancy was founded by Furkan Imanci, who has worked on some of the UK’s and Europe’s largest and most complicated construction projects, including infrastructure, industrial, and residential. We recognised the market’s requirement for commercially aware, quality project planning support that we could call upon when necessary.

Since our founding, we have developed a team that looks after a strong client base, and we pride ourselves on adding value by delivering cost-effective solutions.

Our aim has always been to provide a consultancy service that makes complex projects simple, helping leading businesses and public sector organisations deliver projects more efficiently and within budget.

Our people are project experts with a wide range of experience and skill sets. We have worked on some of the most challenging projects and played a key part in their successful delivery. Moreover, we have implemented many BIM strategies into projects, for both contractors and clients.

Meet The Team

FURKAN IMANCI

Furkan has almost 10 years of practical experience in the construction management field. Furkanworks closely with clients to understand what they need for a project and makes sure the right solutions are used for success. As a civil engineer, Furkan has extensive engineering & management experience in major projects for infrastructure, industrial and residential construction sectors throughout the UK and Europe. Furkan completed a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Construction Management at Istanbul Technical University, where he also conducted academic research on the topic of “BIM Adoption for Contractors and Clients”.

EREN KOBYA

Eren is leading the 4D/5D BIM process for our projects. He is proficient in various BIM software, he skillfully develops intricate BIM models and utilises rendering tools to bring construction animations to life. Eren holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing an MSc in Structural Engineering. Since he has both engineering and construction management knowledge he offers digital construction solutions to our clients.

ELCIN IMANCI

Elcin, holding a Data Analyst certificate from Birmingham University, elevates our company’s construction project management consultancy service. Working in the capacity of a data analyst, she goes above and beyond by processing, analyzing, and visualizing the data of construction firms. This empowers our clients to craft more effective project bids for their upcoming endeavours, drawing insights from past data. Through comprehensive analyses of project delays and costs, Elcin ensures the delivery of project management consultancy services at the utmost efficiency. Her contribution aids construction firms in making well-informed decisions for their subsequent projects, leading to optimized project outcomes.
